In the early 2000s, mixologists from all around pushed the limits of tradition by adding Sake into their cocktail creation.
Brotenders’ version of a Sake cocktail starts with a tart and fragrant Japanese Yuzu. Initial flavours of bittersweet fragrance fill the mouth, followed by the savoury umami taste of dry Sake blend with aromatic Dry Vermouth.
The consistent texture of the cocktail ends with a long-lasting aroma of succulent peaches.
