Whisky Sour Cocktail

Simple yet full of flavours, Whiskey is a general favourite by many around the world. You can either drink it neat or mix the blend with a little touch of extra ingredients.

Whiskey, Lemon Juice, Sugar, and a dash of egg white. A Whiskey Sour is a balance between the full-bodied taste of whiskey with a sourish dash of citrusy lemon, while Egg whites add a velvety texture.

Classy yet relaxing, this cocktail is ideal for a formal yet casual social networking event.

Passionfruit Mojito cocktail
Passionfruit Mojito

A light and refreshing drink for the constant sunny weather in Malaysia – it's a popular favourite that everyone enjoys.

Passionfruit is a sweet and exotic fruit, with a delicious and tart flavour. While Mojito is a traditional Cuban highball which comprises rum, sugar, lime juice, soda water, and mint.

Combining both Passionfruit and Mojito, you'll get a refreshing cocktail that is sweet, citrusy with a hint of herbaceous mint.

Passionfruit Mojito is an ideal drink for a social event. Guests can engage in social-entertaining conversations while sipping on an invigorating cocktail.

If you are a fan of exotic tasting cocktail, have a try at our tropical sake concoction with heavy Japanese influence.

Sakamai starts with a tart and fragrant Japanese Yuzu. Initial flavours of bittersweet fragrance fill the mouth, followed by the savoury umami taste of dry Sake blended with aromatic Dry Vermouth. The consistent texture of the cocktail ends with a long-lasting aroma of succulent peaches.

Jungle Bird

An internationally recognised cocktail with origins from Malaysia. Jungle Bird is a Tiki cocktail that was first created in 1978 as a welcome drink for guests at the Aviary bar, Kuala Lumpur Hilton.

Ingredients such as Rum, Pineapple, and Lime are used in the making of a typical Tiki cocktail. What sets Jungle Bird apart from a typical Tiki cocktail is the addition of Campari – a dark red Italian apéritif liqueur infused with herbs and fruits.

The herbaceous and bitter taste of Campari with Rum balances with the sweet fruits and syrup. Truly a well-balanced Tiki Cocktail that puts Malaysia on the map.

Old-Fashioned Whisky Cocktail
Old Fashioned

A true old-fashioned cocktail that is unwavering to the tides of time. Created 200 years ago with four mere ingredients: Whiskey, Sugar, Bitters, and Water. To date, the Old-Fashioned remains to be a classic cocktail that never runs out of fashion.

Drinking an Old-Fashioned is all about the experience. You can't take big gulps of it, as the heat from the drink would remind you of its warmth.

Having served Old-Fashioned in a formal setting such as corporate functions and weddings, Brotenders knows a trick or two in making an enjoyable Old-Fashioned classic.

Smoky OldMan

The epitome of a gentleman's drink.

Aged in charred new oak, the full-flavoured Kentucky Bourbon is layered with lingering sweet spices. Aromatic Angostura Bitters balance the mix while dashes of Maple Syrup echo the smoky flavour with hints of caramel. Savour a zesty and citrus aftertaste with drops of orange oil and garnished with dehydrated orange wheels.

Mojito Cocktail

Some say that Margarita is the perfect cocktail because of its burst of flavours. Margarita has 4/5 of the human's taste flavours: Sweet, Salty, Bitter, and Sour.

The Salty taste from the rim of Margarita glass is balanced with a Sourish lime juice. While the Bitterness of Tequila is offset by Agave Syrup. A taste complex cocktail that best represents the experience of life.

Add to the celebration by serving Margarita on weddings.
